Restaurant Soon Wah is famous for their “Fish Hotpot”, a dish often mistaken for steamboat. The difference being the ingredients that made up the two dishes. While the steamboat is made up of various ingredients, making it the more versatile dish between the two, the fish hotpot is being more specific as its name suggests, with fish being the main ingredient. Huge pieces of the Grouper fish meat is found in the fish hotpot, together with vegetables, beancurd, and yam, making it a hugely filling and satisfying dish.
