Literally translates to “Hilltop Kuey Teow Soup”, the sisters moved their business into the current premise in 2006 from their home situated at the top of a slope. Although having “Kuay Teow Soup” as part of the restaurant’s name, the actual attraction on their menu appears to be their handmade fish ball and deep-fried delicacies that comes with their Kuay Teow Soup, freshly made every day by the Teochew sisters originally from Pulau Ketam.
