来到毛山稿,目光必定被那一碗碗色泽黝黑的肉骨茶深深吸引。是的,跟许多肉骨茶相比,毛山稿的肉骨茶汤色泽偏黑。寻根究底后,才知道原来他们至今仍保持以炭火熬煮肉骨茶。或许这就是为什么他们的肉骨茶色泽与众不同的原因?当然,肉骨茶的精髓终究离不开药材,品尝一口那浓郁肉骨茶汤后,嘴里满是药材香。难道这就是大家说的古早味?

创始于1973年的毛山稿肉骨茶,是巴生最广为人知的肉骨茶之一。2007年,毛山稿肉骨茶走出了发源地巴生班达马兰新村,在百家利设立了分店,让附近的居民无需“过港”到位于巴生南部的班达马兰新村就可以品尝到毛山稿肉骨茶。(对了,“过港”为老巴生人对过河的俗称。)第二代老板李先生指出,他们至今仍保持着当初开业时的做法,即以炭火熬煮肉骨茶。尽管炭火熬煮过程繁琐,而且如今火炭价格高涨,甚至高于煤气,他们仍坚持传统,为的就是那一碗碗古早味肉骨茶。每天早上,厨房内必定可以看到李老板那熟练的身手,亲自熬煮并控制火候,煮出那一大锅香气十足的肉骨茶。

此外,他们也推出了受ISO认证的毛山稿肉骨茶包,除了方便大家可以在家里烹煮肉骨茶,也出口至国外让身处异乡的游子们也可以一解乡愁!

A household name among Bak Kut Teh fanatics, the famous Pandamaran Mo Sang Kor Bak Kut Teh spreaded its wings to Berkeley in 2007, currently their one and only outlet outside of Pandamaran. Their instantly recognizable dark coloured Bak Kut Teh is cooked the traditional way using charcoal fire, giving their soup a unique taste not found in stove-cooked Bak Kut Teh. Mo Sang Kor Bak Kut Teh is also available in ISO-recognized convenient soup packets, enabling you to cook your own Bak Kut Teh from the comfort of your home.
